on december 24, china association of construction enterprise management held the 2022–2023 national quality engineering award summary and commendation conference in beijing to commend the winning projects. bai xiaohu, member of the standing committee of the party committee of mcc and china mcc and vice president of china mcc, attended the conference and presented awards to winning units. after the conference, he was invited to attend the 5th meeting of the 8th council of china association of construction enterprise management.
in 2022–2023, 53 projects undertaken or participated in by 22 subsidiaries belonging to mcc, including china mcc22, mcc construction research institute, baoye, cfmcc, china mcc5, china mcc20, china mcc17, ceri, china mcc3, china mcc19, mcc tiangong, china metallurgical construction engineering group co., ltd., cisdi, and wisdri, won the national quality engineering award and won 6 of the 36 gold awards in china, with the number of constructed projects and gold award-winning projects reaching a new record. the projects undertaken by mcc have won the national quality engineering gold award for five consecutive years, and the universal beijing resort project undertaken by mcc construction research institute and baoye won the first non-industrial project national quality engineering gold award undertaken by the company.
the projects awarded this time include several industries such as industry, architecture, municipal administration, and highway, and cover all aspects of construction, investigation, design, and supervision, demonstrating the comprehensive construction strength of mcc in many fields such as metallurgical construction, capital construction, and emerging industries.
